Bob Dylan Sunday

Bob Dylan has delivered more gyaan through his rustic voice than any other singer of his era. He can talk about any aspect of life with ease. So, here are a couple of my favourite Dylan numbers.

People are crazy and times are strange
I’m locked in tight, I’m out of range
I used to care, but things have changed

That’s from one of my favourite Bob Dylan numbers, Things Have Changed. It’s this song that made me his fan in the god old days of Mtv on Doordarshan. I had it as my signature on discussion boards and gtalk for a long time. Go on, see the video below.

Second video for the day.

This one’s titled Serve Some Body. An awesome song that brings you down to the ground in an instant, no matter who you are:

You may be a construction worker working on a home
You may be living in a mansion or you might live in a dome
You might own guns and you might even own tanks
You might be somebody’s landlord you might even own banks.

But you’re gonna have to serve somebody, yes
You’re gonna have to serve somebody,

Could anything be truer? Check out the awesome video that juxtaposes today’s realities in pictures with this song in the background. Fits perfectly.
