How to Start a Fantastic Day

Adrian Savage provides some useful tips on Lifehack to make your day fantastic. While some are on the usual lines like getting up early, having breakfast etc., I like the following:

  • Vary your route to work as much as you can. Make it as interesting and varied as possible. Look around you. Enjoy the ride. Be present. What you don’t want to do is tune out and spend the time anticipating the problems you’re going to find when you get to work. A problem anticipated and worried over is a problem suffered at least twice.

This is something I follow regularly. Fortunately for me, the route to office goes via the picturesque Hussain Sagar. A sight of the calm waters and the Buddha statute is very comforting to the mind. Coming to think of it, this has been route ever since I started working….I’ve changed 4 jobs and still it has remained the same. A strong bonding there.

Starting the day interestingly is very important to make the day fantastic. Enjoying only the occasions is not only the way to make the life interesting. But, enjoying everyday with every new and fresh thought either in the work place, or at home, or in the drive, or with friends, with whom ever it is, where ever it is… Keep smiling always njoy the day :)

well! I have a different way of starting my day. Start with music in the morning and

sing through my journey to the office (about 35 min) to avoid the grueling traffic.

I always believe that the current day will be my best way.
